About
OurSpace is a queer community space for women, trans and non-binary people over 30. We're trans and QTIBPOC inclusive, and built for people who want to connect, not just be in the same room.
The Party takes place at one of london's most beloved queer-owned spaces, the Queer Brewing taproom in Leyton on Saturday 20th June. Expect great music, brilliant drinks and the warm, connected energy you told us you were looking for.
Her Mixalot will be DJing retro pop, Y2K bangers and everything in between.
Queer Brewing's own taps will be flowing, with non-alcoholic options, wine and softs available throughout.
This is a step up from our soft launch social โ a proper night out โ but the heart of OurSpace remains the same. Warm, inclusive, genuinely trans and non-binary welcoming, and built for people who want to actually connect, not just be in the same room.

Founded by Aloysius Ssali, an LGBTQ+ refugee himself, Say It Loud Club has supported hundreds of LGBTQ+ refugees to successfully gain the right to live freely in the UK. Their work includes one-on-one mentoring, workshops, social events, peer support and referrals to legal, financial, health and housing support.
We believe that queer community doesn't stop at our borders. Learn more at sayitloudclub.org.
