Queer Wine Club: On Wednesdays We Drink Pink
About
Queer Wine Club is a (roughly) monthly series of wine tastings by and for queer people, held at Uncorked, EC2R 7DN.
QWC is strictly not for profit. 100% of your ticket price goes towards the wine being tasted (and some snacks!). Our (gay) agenda is to ensure that there’s no better value way to taste properly excellent wine in London - to make the great wines of the world accessible and inclusive for the queer community.
Tastings can be either seated (more expensive, more serious!) or standing (less expensive, more social!), and include a selection of fine wines chosen on a loose theme, each accompanied with plenty of background and chat, with some light snacks (so do eat beforehand). The wines will be confirmed and bought within about 72 hours of the tasting, so strictly no refunds after this point.
Follow on Instagram @queerwineclub, and get in touch if you'd like to be added to the WhatsApp community. If you're a wine buff looking to taste some new mind-blowing stuff, or you're just keen to learn more about wine in a friendly environment, come along!

What took us so long? It's been rosé season for ages!
Like all our most ubiquitous supermarket wine categories, rosé has been brutally homogenised and industrialised, but there's much more to the great rosés of the world than silvery-pale strawberry-water. We'll be exclusively sipping our way through some truly fine examples of rosé, from classic to curious, from Provence to Sussex, from still to sparkling.
No Kylies (except in our hearts), and no Whispering Angels – let's venture beyond the industrial and see what the great pinks can really proffer…
