Lost in the Foxglove (Lauren Bulla Art) & Vinyl Bitch (DJ Maddog) present WORDS ON WAX! Set to debut at COVEN on September 8th from 7.30pm. This open decks/ open mic night will allow poets and vinyl DJs to come together, blending mediums in innovative, unexpected ways. Alongside a select series of industry icons to be announced in the lead up to the event. There are also open mic slots that poets and vinyl DJs can apply for in advance. Submissions here.
This event idea came about after Charlotte Jones individually brought us onto Loose.FM radio and we decided to perform live, simultaneously. Lauren read her poems over Mads' mixing and this brings you WORDS ON WAX! Can't wait to see you soon.
