L.A.B is a venue and cocktail bar on Hackney Road - with a focus on LGBTQ+ community. Love Affair Basement is a a space for queer people, by queer people. Born out of A Portuguese Love Affair, their deli on Hackney Road, the Basement is a vibrant sanctuary where creativity and community thrive. They host workshops, pop-ups and private dining by day, and transform the space for cabaret, cinema, drag performances and comedy by night. The space support artists, women, trans and queer young people, and anyone looking to showcase their personal creative projects.
